How can US had detail intelligent information on Osama's whereabouts yet US doesn't even know how to bury a moslem?

President Obama announced the death of Osama Bin Laden on May 1, 2011. Reading the full transcript of the announcement/speech - especially the first part, the background of counter terrorism activities and the part that I excerpted above, I certainly believe that the world has no room for terror, no matter where you live, what color or nation you are, or what God you believe in.
