New York has joined the ranks of states that ban texting while driving. The interesting part is that you won’t be pulled over for it but you will be fined up to $150 if you are caught texting when they pull you over for another violationExcerpt from Berryreview.com. The main problem, I think, is ignorance to safety driving. Fine is a temporary solution, because deep down inside we're the creature who tends to break the law. It's more to culture approach to find a long term solution.
